Annual Home Owner's Meeting - October 28, 7pm
  • Soapstone United Methodist Church, 12837 Norwood Rd
 
Decorate the Front Entrances - Friday, November 20, 1pm
  • Meet at the entrance of Boulder Creek Lane and Victory Church.
  • All 3 entrances will be decorated.
  • Decorations are supplied.
  • To volunteer, contact Theresa & Mark Baumgartner
  • Rain Date - November 23
 
Turkey Trot - November 26, 2026 - 9am
  • Weather Rock cul-de-sac
  • There will be a group photo at 9am
  • Start Time at 9:15am
  • Approx. 2.3 miles fun walk/run. 
 
Luminary Night - December 12, 2026 - 6pm
  • Luminaries, Santa & Refreshments provided throughout the neighborhood.
  • Luminary kit ordering information will be sent this fall.
  • Orders due by Dec 4.
  • 6pm for Luminary Lighting.

Cookie Exchange - December 20, 2026, 2pm
  • Ingrid Jones’ house, 4924 Boulder Creek Lane
  • Bring 4 dozen of the same cookie and an empty container
